After my purchase how do I get my tickets?

Once a ticket has been purchased your page will be automatically redirected to your “Order Confirmation” page. Once this page has loaded you will be given access to download your tickets.

Will my tickets be emailed to me?

Yes! Once a ticket has been purchased our system automatically generates an email containing a download link to your tickets.  We will email the tickets to the email address you provided during the checkout process.

I didn't receive an email with my tickets?

Once a ticket has been purchased our system will automatically email you a copy of your purchased tickets. In some cases these email confirmations are sent to your SPAM folder. If after having looked in your SPAM folder and you still do not see your email confirmation please contact support and we will respond within 24 hours.

Do I need to print out my tickets?

No. Once your tickets have been downloaded you can present them right off of your phone to gain entrance into the venue. You can however print your tickets and bring those to gain access into the event as well.

Can I get a refund after making a purchase?

What happens if I cancel my transaction after purchasing a ticket?

Once a transaction has been canceled your ticket will be deemed obsolite.  Your ticket will not scan nor gain you entrance once it has been canceled.

Why should I create an account?

During the checkout process you will be promoted to create an account with Lulu Tickets before making your purchase. The purpose of this is to allow our customers access to their tickets at any time any where. Misplaced your ticket or don’t see your confirmation email, by creating an account you can always get back to your ticket with just one click.
